  • First of all... I love Volvo's and will always drive a Volvo. This was my first time at a true "Volvo" dealership (had to address a recall) and I must say, Viti is the BEST!   • Let me tell you I have multiple cars in the past anything from MB, BMW and Range Rovers - All great cars, but not only is Volvo as good of a car as any of those, but the truly amazing difference is the service I get when I go and service my car. Dana and Greg are the best in the game, as long as I live in this area I will keep getting my new Volvo every 3-5 years.   • The whole Volvo experience was perfect. I was able to design the car I wanted online and provide a 6 digit code for where the sales rep would see exactly what I wanted. From there, the process was extremely smooth. I showed up to the dealership, for the first time, on the day to pick up the car spend under an hour doing the financing and drove away.   • Greg Flynn initially handled my request & had a loaner car for me. I was unable to bring my vehicle on the day it was scheduled and your email reminder made it easy for me to change the date. Once I arrived, Greg was anticipating my arrival. My car took longer to fix than expected and I was put at ease with using the loaner vehicle longer. Once the car was diagnosed, there were several issues and Greg detailed them for me. I was not pressured to fix the problems, but encouraged to do so, which I did. My car was vacuumed and washed, and a few days later I noticed a plate holder on the back of the vehicle with VITI on it-brilliant marketing!   • The Viti Team's wonderful way to deal with me as customer. No stress, no feeling like underdog, just completely customer focused approach. I wanted my third Volvo XC60 equipped in a way not available in any US inventory. When I then wanted to order a 2019 XC60 I realized that such a car would be produced in China! Totally unacceptable, as a Swede (now US citizen) I would never even consider buying a Volvo produced in China (even though I realize that the purchase of Volvo Cars by Geely from Ford in 2010 most likely made it possible for Volvo to survive). The wonderful Viti Team made a major effort to find a Gothenburg (Göteborg) Sweden produced 2018 XC60 in the US and they were successful.
